Any Questions about purchasing a Pre-Order Item in our store? We can help.

Q:What is a pre-order?
A:
Sometimes, we come across an item so fabulous that we have to grab it while we can! A pre-order is a purchase for an exclusive item that is not yet in stock.

Q: Why should I pre-order? 
A:
Purchasing a pre-order item is a great way to secure an item and avoid sell outs! Also, we get exclusive discounts on pre-order items and we pass those savings on to you! 

Q: How does a pre-order work?
A:
To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. When the item arrives at our Haiti Pride Warehouse,  we will ship the item within two business days. The exact delivery date on Pre-Order items is unknown, unless a release date is specified on the product pages. Once an order is placed, the item will ship when the manufacturer releases it to The Thoughtfulness Shop.

Q: How do I know if an item is a pre-order?

A: All pre-order items will be marked  with a "pre-order" sticker and will have an estimated shipping date in the description. 

Q:I want to order a non pre-order item and a pre-order item, how does shipping work for these?

A: Our checkout accommodates your preference with options for Partial shipment and Full Shipment. Each order can be shipped withing stipulated dates. Pre-Order items will often have a lengthy waiting period; to lessen the time-frame for which you await your gear, we can ship out a partial order of the items that have already been fulfilled. All you have to do is select the Partial Shipping option in SHIPPING METHOD, and we'll handle the rest! 

If you wish to wait the for all items to be fulfilled (Pre Order items included) please select the Priority Standard Shipping option in SHIPPING METHOD, and your order will be shipped when all items listed are fulfilled.

Q:International pre-order purchases with in-stock store items.

A: For all of our international customers. We are also capable of fulfilling partial orders. Select your prefered shipping options at under SHIPPING METHOD ..  

Q: What about Changes in Delivery Date?

A: Our Pre-order disclaimer: Because the item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you for the full amount immediately. 

Q: I want a refund! 
A: As stated above we will issue refunds if we aren't able to fufill your order— However, for pre-orders we do not issue refunds. But in lieu of doing nothing for you, we will issue a store gift card (no expiration period) with an amount of equal or greater monetary value of your initial transaction. item pertaining, and tax included.
